Kneader reactor technology has long been used for what is known as “Process Intensification”, where multiple processing steps are performed in the same unit. Such units are characterized by high yield per performance volume and also have the flexibility to produce different grades and/or products. We only focus on plastic application especially for thermoplastic application like TPU/TPE/TPO and high filled masterbatch like Caco3 filler (Caco3 over 85%), carbon black masterbatch (carbon black over 40%) and High Density Color Masterbatch. We can provide output from 100kg/hour to 1200kg/hour

Water-cooling strands pelletizing system is the most commonly used and economical method for most polymer compounding.

Air-cooling Strands Pelletizing System is mainly used for materials(starch degradation etc) that are likely to absorb water, or are not easily dewatered or dried.

Underwater Pelletizing System is mainly used for most of polymers. Especially for TPU and EVA etc or similar elastomer. increases the product capacity and makes the final granules good shape.

Water Ring Hot-face Pelletizing System has a shorter residence time in the water, and no additional drying is required. It’s mainly used for high filling masterbatch, White/black color masterbatch etc.

Air Cooling Die Face Pelletizing System is mainly used for PVC WPC and PE High filling masterbatch etc. Absorb touching the water, don’t need too much space and easy to operate.

Water Flow Strand Pelletizing System is mainly use for PET etc.
